Q: I downloaded and installed ZoomIn, but I can't see the "Save Zoom" button?

 Q: How do I launch the ZoomIn registration window?
A: In Outlook, double click on any email to open it in a separate window. Below the "Save Zoom" button you will see a dropdown (a down arrow button).
   Click on the down-arrow and you will see an option for "ZoomIn Information", click on that option. This will launch the ZoomIn Registration window.
 

 
Q: I purchased a license of ZoomIn, how do I enter the license number?
A: Launch the ZoomIn registration window (follow steps above) and enter your license number in the same format that was mailed to you and also your email address.
 

Q: How do I find my license number?
A: Your license information is available in the ZoomIn registration window (see question above on how to launch the registration window)
 
Q: I have lost my license key - how can I get it back?
A: You can contact us at support@sagelamp.com with your name and the email address you used while purchasing ZoomIn license and we will send you your license key.
 

 
 Q: Can ZoomIn save the Zoom settings for the reading pane?
A: At this time we do not support this functionality.
